Built over the last 18 months by an enthusiastic owner with years of experience in building competitive track cars – this lotus Elise has been built to be a usable streetcar with good on road manners while being a competitive vehicle on the track.
 
Modifications:
Original engine replaced with low KM 1.8 Litre Toyota unit
Turbo fitted during this time with 14lb of boost (making around 250bhp at wheels (conservative tune) – fitted by simply sports cars
New stainless steel performance exhaust
Haltec Engine management system  
High Capacity Injectors and fuel pump
High capacity radiator
Rebuilt gearbox with rose joint linkages from shifter
Botton clutch (less than 500km)
Heavy duty Nylon engine gearbox mounts
Quaife LSD
5 point harness fitted (retaining factory lap sash belts
Upgraded Stereo with Bluetooth
Duel mode track pod instrument cluster (original cluster can be fitted with ease)
Lotus “Club” aero Kit with adjustable rear wing
SSC Camber arms fitted
Can run either 98 or E85 fuel
Optional Koyo Competition wheels and slick tires – 9x17 rear and 7.5x15 front – by negotiation
